Legal basis of lotteries and competitions

  1. Organizing Company
    The organizing company of this lottery is DIVAIN Team (hereinafter “the Organizer”), located at Ctra Astorga Pi 34, 24710 San Justo de la Vega, León, Spain.

  2. Purpose of the Lottery
    The Organizer will conduct a lottery in which one prize will be awarded to a unique winner among the participants who meet the conditions of these regulations.

  3. Conditions of participation
    To participate in the lottery, participants must meet the following conditions:

    • Make a minimum purchase of 50 € in one of the divain perfume stores.
    • Be a resident of a country of the European Union, England, the United States or Mexico.
    • Be at least 18 years old.

  4. Lottery Mechanics
    All purchases made between 00:00 and 23:59 on each day of the promotion and meeting the minimum purchase requirement of €50 will be eligible for the draw of that date's prize. There will be one winner for each day of the promotion.

  5. Winner Selection and Communication

    • The winner will be selected through a random drawing, which will take place 5 days after the purchase date.
    • The winner will be contacted via email and announced on social media.

  6. Shipping of the Prize

    • The prize will be sent to the winner 15 days after receipt of the order for the minimum purchase of €50.
    • DIVAIN Team covers the shipping costs.
    • In case of return of the order in question, the participant will automatically lose his winning status, even if he had already been selected as such.

  7. Acceptance of the Prize
    The winner will have 72 hours to accept the prize after notification is received. If the winner does not respond within the specified time period, a new winner will be selected.

  8. Data protection
    The personal data of the participants will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and will be used exclusively for the administration of the lottery.

  9. Changes to the Regulations and Responsibilities
    DIVAIN Team reserves the right to change these regulations, suspend or cancel the lottery if this is necessary due to force majeure.

  10. Acceptance of the Regulations
    Participation in the lottery implies full acceptance of these regulations.
