If you are not satisfied with your perfume, you must contact our customer service to request the return of your order within 14 days after the delivery date. You must contact us in writing via the webchat.
In order to return the perfume, it must be in perfect condition, in the same condition you received it and in the same shipping box we gave you.

No. The 3ml sample you receive allows you to try out the perfume before deciding whether to keep the 100ml product. If you are not convinced by the perfume, you can return the original product unopened and keep the sample.

Yes, the return has a cost of €4.95.

Once checked and verified from our warehouses that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The shipping costs of the original order are final and non-refundable.
