divain. guarantees its customers home delivery with the customer's signature, or at a pickup point via the transport company responsible for tracking and following your shipment. The customer chooses at the completion of the purchase with which of the proposed transport companies he wants to receive his order.
If a customer requests a change of delivery from the transport company during transport, no claims can be made regarding this, and divain. is not responsible for non-delivery, loss, or theft of the order if the customer allows the transport company to leave the package at a location specified by the customer (for example: mailbox, with another person, a different address than a pickup point, garden, balcony, etc.). In case of a desired change of delivery during transport, divain. recommends always having the package sent to a pickup point offered by the transport company. In that case, divain. can file a claim in case of non-delivery of the order.
If delivery to the specified address is not possible due to absence or other circumstances, the transport company will inform the customer via email or SMS that they need to schedule a new delivery themselves. If the transport company does not receive any instructions, the package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. The package will remain available for pickup there for 10 days. If the customer does not collect the order after this period, the transport company will return the order to our warehouse.
Orders that are returned to our warehouse because the customer did not pick them up or was absent more than twice are not eligible for a refund of the shipping costs (except in cases of claims, lost orders, errors by the transport company, etc.).
You can track the progress of your order via the tracking page on our website under the menu "My Orders" > "Track My Order" https://divainparfums.nl/apps/aftership. If you want to view the tracking directly from the transport company, you can do so via the email we send you to confirm the preparation of your order. In this email, you will find a link to the transport company assigned to your shipment.

Delivery times
We deliver via the transport company you selected within a period of 3 to 6 working days. (During periods with a high number of orders, this period may be extended to a maximum of 9 working days.)
If the customer provides incorrect or erroneous contact details, neither DIVAIN nor the transport companies can guarantee delivery within the agreed timeframe. In that case, the customer will not receive any communication regarding the progress of the shipment and can only view the status of the order through the provided.
For deliveries to a pickup point, it is mandatory to provide a mobile phone number so that the customer can receive the pickup code (QR PASS) with which they can collect the order at the chosen pickup point. Transport companies may redirect the order to an alternative pickup point due to capacity issues or unavailability of the original pickup point. This cannot lead to a claim by the customer.
